Local observation
Memory monitoring reviews system pressure and application activity locally. Storage review examines file metadata locally to summarize replaceable data and protect important work. Local review does not require sending personal file contents to a remote service.
Optional AI assistance
AI help requires explicit consent and activation. Memory assistance uses aggregate system measurements, including operating system, memory conditions and summary activity counts. Storage assistance uses category summaries, counts, estimated sizes and review status. Filenames, full paths, document contents, project names and browser history are not sent. No separate personal-content upload option is offered.
AI provider
Consented aggregate information is processed by OpenAI through a dedicated product configuration. Requests ask the provider not to store responses, but this does not guarantee zero provider retention. Processing remains subject to the applicable provider policies.
Licensing and payments
Activation processes your license and a random installation identifier through Lemon Squeezy, the licensing provider. The product retains minimal entitlement and subscription information. Payment-card information is not collected by this website. Sales are opening soon; billing terms will be shown before any future purchase.
Local history and held items
Storage activity history is private and limited to recent aggregate results. It can be cleared in settings. Held items and the information needed to restore them remain on the computer until restored or explicitly removed. Permanent removal cannot be undone by the app. Public installers are not available yet.
Website and support
Public pages include no advertising pixels, analytics trackers or external fonts. Network and security information may be processed by the hosting service. Protected operator sessions use essential secure cookies. Submitting support stores your email, topic, message, reference and timestamps privately for the operator; no automatic email is sent.
Retention and your choices
Aggregate adviser activity and usage records, minimal licensing state, support requests and security records remain in private service storage and backups until manually removed. No fixed retention period or backup-deletion timetable has been adopted, and there is no automatic server deletion schedule. Ask the operator for access, correction or deletion through support; requests require manual review. Essential operator sessions expire, but expiry does not mean stored service records have been erased. Local optional guidance can be left disabled; clearing local review history does not delete held items or support records.
